Convection Oven

Hi Everyone,

I use to be a regular here, but have been away for some time. Anyway, I just bought a new range as my oven quit last week. It is a regular/convection oven. Did I do the right thing? How much work is it going to be to learn how to cook that way? Any suggestions?
