Cold Supper Ideas

Well ... it's definitely heating up down South with temps already in the high 90's and forecasted to be in the low 100's very soon! I would love for you all to please share your ideas about "cold suppers" that require zero oven time. Grill or stovetop only. My favorites have always been fresh cold salad topped with a grilled "protein" and maybe add some great cheese on top with grilled bread. But ... I would LOVE some new ideas! Thanks so much!
