Update on the Coconut Cream Layer Cake. I made it last weekend for a family  reunion at my house. It was a huge hit!! Several people asked for the recipe immediately. There was not a crumb left, lol. If you made it, I hope yours was successful too. BTW, the recipe reads as more complicated than it actually was, to make.

I too make this often and it is always a hit.

 

Many do immediately request the recipe, because it is that good.

 

Thanks for reminding me and posting the recipe again, as it is extremely similar to the one I always use.
