I have this overwhelming need to make something with cinnamon. I guess the scent. Doesn't cinnamon rolls with frosting sound naughty though?!!!

What do you like to make or eat with cinnamon in it?

Hands down....Apple and pumpkin pies!!!

 (When my kids were small, one favorite was cinnamon applesauce in the crockpot.  The smell was heavenly!!)

I don't really bake a whole lot myself - except chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies.

I love the Cinnamon Rolls from Panera once in a while though - yummy and a lot of cinnamon, but not overly glazed or sickening sweet.

Also - love a local bakery's  Apple Pie - again, yummy. Lots of cinnamon in that too. That has been my Christmas desert for the past few years - along with some vanilla ice cream, of course. Heart

@qualitygal  Naughty & Nice!

Don't forget to sprinkle much loved cinnamon in your crock pot dishes too.  Use with pork, chicken and probably beef too.  Make your own garam masala which also has cinnamon in it.  Use masala in some fav Indian or mediterannean dishes too.  ANd if you've never thought about delving into cooking these yummy dishes, just google for some great websites offering how to cook them.

Don't forget to sprinkle some in your morning coffee.  I like to sprinkle in a little spice right into my coffee grounds so that when it brews you can smell the aroma and taste it.

Comfy cozy cinnamon - one great spice!

And make sure that you have Penzey's Cinnamon. It is so amazing. My son does request homemade cinnamon rolls for all occasions. Apple Crisp is good, too.

I like my toast plain with butter these days, but as a youngster and for my kids, I'd have a shaker with a mix of cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it on buttered toast.

I remember as a kid, my mom did that for my brother. He asked for it. I guess at that time, I didn't. Go figure! LOL

When I want a fast lunch, I mix equal parts of plain fat-free yogurt with some unsweetened applesauce and add several generous shakes of cinnamon.  Nothing gorgeous to look at, but I love the taste and with a few interesting crackers and a cup of tea, I have a low-cal tasty lunch without breaking stride with getting thins done --   so I can come sit here?  lol

Just made pumpkin bread with Penzey's cinnamon & cloves. YUM!!! The aroma smells heavenly. I also like french toast & cinnamon rolls. DH makes the best copycat Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.
