Thank you everyone! We are having ribeye steaks so the blue cheese with the apple salad would be a good compliment.

@PA Mom-mom I always roast beets that I purchase from Farmers Market and I omit the sugar ingredient from any dressing recipes.

Your meal sounds delicious!  Love blue cheese with beef.

Pomegranate - imo it's the perfect compliment to all the heavier type of foods served this time of year, sounds/looks light & refreshing.

@Calibeach  Great choices! I would eat any of the three and enjoy them a lot. Yum. If I had to pick one though, it would be the honey crisp apple salad.

@Calibeach   They all look delicious.  Any would do.  I think the honey crisp.  But I love pomogranites!  Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for this wonderful recipe !

Honey Crisp apples, love them.

I have from Trader Joe's Apricot Goat Cheese and Cranberry Goat Cheese both are delicious.

Which one should I use?

@Calibeach, I decided what kind of salad I'll have for Christmas, a Watermelon salad. I'll get some mixed greens, watermelon, feta cheese, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries with Raspberry vinaigrette dressing. You have a Merry Christmas.
