You can drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired-if doing so, let stand until chocolate sets. (I did this and ended up popping the cookies in the refrigerator to speed up the chocolate setting....it was warm in the kitchen that day and it wasn't cooperating on the counter-worked like a charm!) Makes 4-5 dozen.
These freeze really well too!
