¼ cup cocoa
3 cups quick oats
1 teaspoon vanilla

This is an oldie but a goodie! I remember making them with my friend in Jr. High. My son always wanted me to make these for him to take to school for his birthday treat and they are still a favorite for us! I like to bake with unsalted butter and tried to use that for this recipe but they didn't stay as firm...so I switched to margarine and they did. I guess if I kept them in the fridge I could use butter. I don't know.

Hi everyone! Smile

I can't believe June is already over!

Hi JPC, I'll open a new tab so I can read and respond to your last post in June without losing this post!

I'm glad that you got good news from your dr! It's always nice when they take the time to explain things! I hope you don't have sleep apnea...it's good to get checked out!

That Mr. C!! He never slows down does he? Smile It's going to be another hot one here too!

This week was the first time that I saw the guy who tries out every year on America's Got Talent. I liked him too! Very entertaining and weird! lol Along with that girl who wore a mask on her face and back of her head. She would flip and would have a mask on underneath her skirt and would do hand stands and flips with new dresses and masks. Yeah...I don't know how their acts would work for an hour show.I don't really know how the show works...I haven't watched the final shows.

I hope my cookie book arrives today! How long did it take for your quilting book to arrive after it shipped?

I hope everyone has a good day! Smile
