Chilled soups

I just returned from a cruise and a chilled soup was on the menu each nite for dinner ... I enjoyed them so much ...

I remember years ago I used to make a chilled soup with jello ... but my daughter used the recipe book as a prop in a play she was in and I never got it back ...

Anyone have any chilled soup recipes that you love? ...
