Last night I started some small chicken breasts sauteing in oil, turned them over, then poured a small jar of picante over them and let them simmer until the chicken was done. It was delicious and my husband even asked where I got the recipe! I told him I made it up!

Don't you love when that happens. I do that sometimes just to use up what I have on hand. Most of the time it's a hit or at least edible.
