They are so good. Here is another variation that is fun and good with soup or salad.
Parmesan Chicken Mini Pies
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated seamless dough sheet or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
12 Tyson® frozen popcorn chicken pieces
1 ¼ cup tomato pasta sauce
¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375F. Grease 12 regular size muffin cups with cooking spray.
Remove dough from can; press to 8x18 inch rectangle. Cut dough evenly into 12 squares. Press dough squares into muffin cups. Microwave chicken pieces on microwavable plate 1 minute on High. Place chicken pieces in muffin cups; top each with 2 tablespoons sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
Both versions are also good with BBQ chicken or pork or sloppy joe or taco filling.

edited to remove ginormous photo, for some reason I couldn't get it to stay the size I changed it too and it was even bigger than the original, not sure why I can get it to work and sometimes not.

I can't believe it has taken me a year to try this recipe. I copied it and filed it away. Better late than never I guess. It is easy to fix and very good for a quick meal along with salad. My husband put some extra sauce on top of his. I used sauce for dipping. Yum! I wanted to pull it forward to say thanks for posting and others may have missed it.
