4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

parsley

Rinse chicken breasts under cold, running water and pat dry. Place on a cutting board and trim away any fat or connective tissue. Place butter in a glass pie plate or other shallow dish and microwave on high power 20 to 30 seconds, or until butter is melted. Remove from microwave. Add mustard, honey and salt to dish and stir with a wire whisk or spoon until thoroughly combined. Place chicken breasts in dish, then turn to coat both sides with sauce. Place chicken on pizza pan or cookie sheet with sides. Spoon any remaining sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until juices run clear.
