Chicken Deluxe

2 cups pepperidge farm seasoned stuffing....divided

8 tablespoons butter or margarine....melted

1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup

2 cups cooked chicken...diced

1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup frozen peas....thawed

1 tablespoon bottled, dry, minced minced onion

Mix 1 cup stuffing with melted butter. Pat into bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. In a bowl, combine all other ingredients EXCEPT the remaining stuffing. Mix well. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 400* 20-25 minutes or til bubbly.
