4 cups cooked and cut up chicken

2 1/2 cups uncooked spaghetti broken in 2-inch pieces

1/2 cup chopped pimento (optional)

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1 onion, diced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 cup chicken broth

3 1/2 cups grated sharp cheese

DIRECTIONS

Mix in lightly greased casserole dish and let stand at least 12 hours in refrigerator. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

You can substitute one of the soups with cream of chicken soup if you desire.

I break the spaghetti in a brown paper bag to avoid spillage.
