Cherry Mallow

2 cups crushed graham crackers

4 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup butter

40 BIG marshmallows

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups whipping cream

1 can cherry pie filling

Mix together crushed graham crackers, sugar and butter. Pat 3/4 of this mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat the whipping cream til stiff. Fold into marshmallow mix. Pour HALF this mixture over the crust. Spread the pie filling over the top. Top with remaining marshmallow mix. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cracker crumb mix. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
