This is so easy but oh so good! I make it every year for my valentine, and other occasions in between.

Cherry Chocolate Cake

I box of chocolate cake mix

1 can of cherry pie filling

3 eggs

preheat oven to 350

spray 9x13 pan or grease and flour

Mix by hand the cake mix, pie filling and eggs, so the cherries will not be broken up. Bake until it springs back at a light touch. Approximately 35 to 45 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.

My valentine likes peanut butter frosting...3 or 4 cups sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and a few Tbsp. of milk to thin.
