Chef's Vlog Tips.... any specific requests??

A number of you who saw our vlog with the tip about dicing onions asked for more, and my husband is working on some ideas. One of our friends requested one on dicing tomato and also tips on which knives to use for different tasks. This made me curious if any of you have specific topics in mind? Smile

He has started a list for future vlog and has an idea of what #2 will be but beyond that if there are specific things people would like they obviously don't have to be in any certain order!
