I have a recipe for cheese puffs, have never made them before. It looks good, but was wondering if they can be made ahead, and heated a day or two later?? Thanks.

@nanny24 This is like the scoops with butter, flour, eggs, and cheese? If so, you can make the mixture, scoop out onto a parchment paper lined tray and freeze.
When ready to use place in your preheated oven and bake about five minutes more than if you had baked and used immediately unfrozen.

I store mine in an airtight container overnight to be enjoyed the following day. I have also froze baked puffs in a ziploc bag for a month.
