I was going to post this in the game, but Lavendersage beat me in there. This is to good not to share though. We usually always have this at gatherings. There is no wrong way to do this. I have used bacon bits or extra cheddar. It is always a hit.

Charleston Cheese

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sharp cheddar (shredded)
2 green onions
6 buttery crackers (crushed)
8 slices bacon (fried)

Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions. Pour mixture into pie plate and top with crushed crackers.
