I bought 2 cartons of cottage cheese with 2/12/2013 expiration date. I'm using up one carton, and the second carton hasn't been opened.

I'd like a good recipe using cottage cheese in a casserole. In addition to cottage cheese, I have sour cream, grated parmesan, grated cheddar cheese, chicken, hamburger, cans of diced tomatoes, cans of stewed tomatoes, onions, and pasta.

Do you have any good recipes with any of these ingredients, without my going to the grocery store for additional ingredients? I do have garlic and most spices/herbs on hand.
