This recipe makes two pies and can be frozen.

CAROLINA PIE

1 small can crushed pineapple

1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

juice of one lemon or 1/4 cup

1 8oz. Cool Whip (thaw slightly)

1 cup chopped nuts

Mix above together and pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate til ready to serve.
