Carolina Classics For Dinner!!!

Apparently, Wendy's named the favorite hamburger of the south "Carolina Classics".  Hang on and wear a dark shirt-for sure!!!

Think of a thick hamburger, (we grill 95% lean,) then add mustard, chili, slaw, and onions.  That's it!

I first had it when we were first married.  I was a teller at a bank when I wasn't teaching since we had no children.

A teller, whom had become a friend assured me they were wonderful!  WOW!  Amazing!!!

She opened her catsup packet and stared at me horrified!  She had sprayed my white sundress with catsup!!!!!

@tiny 2 If you go to Wendy's, ask for extra chili.  That way, your food will be hot (as in fresh).  We did them homemade.).

@ECBG, Yes, I like to do them homemade too. Right now I need to make some chili. I have not been able to find any grocery store hot dog chili that is right!

@tiny 2 For chili, take 1/3 lb ground beef, brown, pour off fat.  Add some catsup, a little chili powder, and a touch of brown sugar if desired.  Simmer about 20 minutes.

Right about that time, the hamburgers come off of the grill.Smiley Happy
