Carol's Southwestern Chicken and Rice Casserole

Hi Carol!

I made your recipe the other night...it was very good! Thank you for sharing the recipe!

I made my own taco seasoning and added crushed tortilla chips on top when I added the cheese. I think the next time I make it, I might try leaving the cream of chicken soup out of it because I'm not that crazy about cream of chic. soup. What do you think? I suppose I could make a white sauce if it needed it in place of the soup??? Thank you!
