Caramel Cake

Do any of you ladies remember a cake recipe that was made with SoftaSilk cake flour, had sour cream and tiny chocolate chips and was covered with caramel? It was my grandmother's special cake and she never wrote it down. I would love to make it but these are the only key ingredients that I know of. Can anyone help with this recipe? Thank you.
