Not much of a recipe, but since the local  farmers market has fresh tomatoes I made a simple caprese.   Sliced tomatoes and a ball of fresh mozzarella with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.   Served it with a rotisserie chicken.  Simple but delicious.

I've been eating this all summer long.  We're still getting tomatoes in our garden.

My husband loves caprese salad. They are simple to make and quite a refreshing and light meal especially in the hot summer months.
