I made a cake and mixed it with the tub of frosting to make cake balls, but when it came to dipping them I ended up with a mess. My chocolate melted but it was so thick it wouldn't flow. It wasn't runny enough and all I acomplished was making myself mad. I used a bag of Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips, what would you use to dip? I thought if I added some whipping cream it would only become that ganash stuff and not harden back up so I didn't. Help so next time they turn out for me. I'm not good in a kitchen.
