A friend gave me this recipe, and I made it last night. Quick and easy to throw together.

CREAMY CROCK POT CHICKEN

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

2 cups sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom soup (I had chicken/mushroom)

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (I used 4 small)

Combine soup mix, sour cream and cream soup in slow cooker. Add chicken, pushing down into mix to cover chicken.

Cover and cook on low about 8 hours.(I stirred occasionally around the outside of the pot)

Serve over rice or noodles.

*I did not have 8 hours, so I put it on high for 3 hours, and then low (about 6 hours in all). The chicken was very moist and falling apart as I took it out. I had it with rice, it made a good amount of white, creamy "gravy" that I poured over the rice. You could certainly add in any herbs, or even sliced mushrooms.
