This side dish is quick, easy and taste so good!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

CHINESE CELERY

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups sliced celery

1 medium onion, chopped

1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

2 Tablespoons slivered almonds

2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

2 Tablespoons soy sauce


DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 12 to 14 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

YIELD: 4 to 6 servings.
