I eat Quaker Oats Old Fashion. I buy it at Sam's for $7.50 for 10 lbs. I eat it everyday for breakfast. I love it. Thank you for the information.

I love oatmeal but I would rather be thin. Tons of carbs which I have pretty much given up(other than limited fruits and veggies)

I prefer steel cut oats. I buy it from Sprouts or Winco, 78cents a pound.
