CE 56's Crab-Stuffed Tomato

With summer around the corner (YAY) I'm already drooling for a fresh garden tomato.

Crab-Stuffed Tomato

5 1/2 oz. crab flaked; I used the fake stuff
2 boiled eggs chopped
1/2 c. peas
1 Tab. olive oil
salt & pepper
1/4 tea. tarragon
1/4 c. mayo
1/2 tea. lemon juice

Mix, chill, stuff tomatos

This is supposed to be for 8 tomatos according to recipe, LOL I stuffed 2 large tomatos.

Maybe they meant cherry tomatos!
