LBM, I have on my computer a copy of the LilBitMissty Recipes Thread started by Britbrit13. (Sadly for the link Zhills posted, dear old QVC eliminated all of the replies for posts started before 2014.) Somewhere in the information about this new Forum, QVC says one of the new features will let you send a private e-mail to another poster. I've been trying to figure out how to do that, but no luck so far.
Have any of our (former) Recipe Swappers figured out how to send a private email to another poster?
If that Email option fails, I suggest we restart that thread and post new copies of the recipes there. I don't think this new Forum will let me just repost the original thread. I've found that copying threads into Microsoft Word is AMP (A Major Pain) with the new format, but we all can surely find a way to help you get your recipes back for all the help you've given to Recipe Swap over the years.
ETA: How did you edit and post the Recipe Exchange Recaps you did for us? Did you use Wordpad or a word processing program? Maybe I could condense the file I have into a simiilar post. So far my cut-and-paste experience with this new Forum has been a mess.

You might want to bookmark it. The moderators are working on recovering our ability to easily find what used to be called "My Activity," but no word on when that will happen.

The above link will take you to a page that appears to list all of the posts you made going back to 2010.
Unfortunately we had a very poor transistion of data from the old forums to the new which resulted in not receiving April, May, or June posts. So you will not see posts from that time frame.
We are still working to get the past 3 months revived but I am not sure how soon this will be happening.
I hope others were able to help you.

Have you always been Lilbitmissty? I have a site in my favorites where a poster (Hollie, I think) put all the recipes from 2010. I did not see Lilbitmissty on it.

Thank you so much Kayai-QVC for your response. It's very comforting to have someone from QVC actually addressing the loss of the "gap posts" directly to us. Here's hoping the pre-2014 posts for the old Recipe Swap will eventually be restored also.

I am so sad for you. And people wonder why I don't save anything life or death on my computer. But I do have some favorite recipes from you and others bookmarked in my favorites list. The few I have checked have been there. So all you need is help getting in, just be assured they are still in QVC's cloud. I wish I could help with the technical stuff. If necessary we will all type them in, I'm sure others have some saved, too.

LBM, I am so sorry for your misfortune. You have given all of us so many wonderful recipes, which we all appreciate. I looked at some of the links that people have given to help out, but I'm not very good on the computer. That being said, I will start copying the recipes I have from you. I've never started a new topic, so I'm not sure how to do it. I'll start copying them onto this thread, unless I see a new one started for you.

ARTICHOKE QUICHE ~ lilbitmissty
1 9 INCH PIE SHELL
2 6 OUNCE JARS MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS
3/4 OF AN ONION FINELY CHOPPED
1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC
4 EGGS
1/4 CUP DRY BREAD CRUMBS
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
1/8 TEASPOON OREGANO
1/8 TEASPOON TABASCO SAUCE
2 CUPS GRATED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY
BAKE PIE SHELL FOR 7 MINUTES AT 350*. REMOVE FROM OVEN. REDUCE THE HEAT TO 325^. DRAIN ARTICHOKES RESERVING THE LIQUID. SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC. IN THE RESERVED LIQUID. FOR 6 MINUTES. IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT EGGS. ADD BREAD CRUMBS, SALT, PEPPER, OREGANO AND TABASCO. STIR IN CHEESE, PARSLEY, ARTICHOKES AND ONION MIXTURE. POUR INTO THE PARTIALLY BAKED PIE SHELL. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES. COOL 10 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING.

Bean Dish ~ LilBitMissty
1/2 pound bacon
1 lb ground beef
1/4 TO 1/2 cup onion ...chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 can butter beans...drain
2 cans kidney beans...drain one can
28 oz can pork and beans
In a large skillet, dice and cook bacon til crisp; set aside. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and bacon. Put in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.

Beef Casserole ~ LilBitMissty
8 ounces noodles
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound ground chuck
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1/2 pound cottage cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 8 ounce pkg. soft cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon minced green pepper
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Saute meat. Stir in tomato sauce. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green peppers. With the 1 tablespoon butter, butter a 2 quart casserole dish. Spread half the noodles on the bottom of the dish. Cover with cheese mixture. Cover with balance of the noodles. Pour melted butter on top. Top with meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.

2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 pint cottage cheese
1 small package noodles (any size)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon salt
Parmesan cheese
parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown onions in butter, in large frying pan. Add green pepper and beef.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Drain off fat. Add seasonings and Worcestershire. Stir in two cans golden mushroom soup. Line bottom 1/3 of casserole dish with cooked noodles. Add layer of cottage cheese, top with meat mixture.

1 lb Ground beef
12 oz Chunky salsa
1 cup Frozen corn
3/4 cup Mircale Whip
1 tablespoon Chili powder
2 cups Tortilla chips (crushed)
2 cups Colby- Monterey Jack cheese
1). Heat oven to 350*. Brown meat, drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip(R) and chili powder.
2). Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers.
3). Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 onion..finely chopped
1 bell pepper...chopped
3/4 cup celery...finely chopped
2 tablespoons worcester sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 14 ounce bottle catsup
1 28 ounce can pork and beans
Brown onion, pepper and celery in butter. Add beef and brown. Drain. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake 35-45 minutes at 350* .

BROWN BEEF WITH ONION TIL BEEF IS COOKED. DRAIN. MIX WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT FOR THE PARMESIAN CHEESE). PUT IN A CASSEROLE DISH . TOP WITH PARMESIAN CHEESE. COVER WITH FOIL AND COOK TIL BUBBLY.

Brown Sugar Meat Loaf ~ LilBitMissty
1/2 cup brown sugar ..packed
1/2 cup catsup
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 onion...minced
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 cup crushed saltine cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease 5x9 loaf pan. Press the brown sugar in the bottom of the pan. Spread the catsup over the brown sugar. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, and shape into a loaf. Place the loaf in the pan on top of the catsup. Bake 1 hour, or til juices run clear

Casserole Ole'~ LilBitMissty
1 pound lean ground beef
2 cups salsa
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans... drained
3 cups tortilla chips... crushed
2 cups sour cream
1 (2 ounce) can black olives...drained, sliced
1/4 cup green onions...chopped
3/4 cup tomatoes..chopped
2 cups Cheddar cheese...grated
Preheat oven to 350*
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in salsa, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans, and heat through.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread crushed tortilla chips in dish, and then spoon beef mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over beef, and sprinkle olives, green onion, and tomato over the sour cream. Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Chicken A La Orange ~ LilBitMissty
12 pieces chicken
flour
salt
pepper
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup green pepper..chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
ALMOST 1 teaspoon garlic salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
parsley
Coat chicken pieces with flour. Salt and pepper them. Brown chicken in 3 tablespoons oil. In a pan simmer all other ingredients EXCEPT the mandarin oranges and parsley for about 3 minutes. Place the chicken pieces in a pan Pour sauce over the chicken . Bake at 325* for about an hour. Garnish with the oranges and parsley.
NOTE: When I make this I double the sauce.

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE CHEESE AND POTATO CHIPS. PUT IN AN UNGREASED CASSEROLE DISH. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND THEN THE POTATO CHIPS ON TOP. BAKE AT 400* 15-20 MINUTES OR TIL BUBBLY.

1 SMALL JAR CHEESE WHIZ
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER EXCEPT CHEESE IN A BAKING DISH. PRESS FLAT. SPOON CHEESE OVER THE TOP. NO NEED TO SPREAD THE CHEESE AS IT WILL MELT AS THE BROCCOLI COOKS. COOK AT 325* FOR 1 HOUR.

1/2 CUP WATER CHESTNUTS...DRAINED, CHOPPED
SPRAY OBLONG BAKING PAN WITH NON STICK SPRAY. MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPREAD IN OBLONG PAN.
2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED ONION
2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
1 1/4 TEASPOONS SALT (OR TO TASTE)
1 1/2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
MIX THESE ITEMS TOGETHER AND SPREAD OVER THE CHICKEN MIXTURE UN THE OBLONG BAKING PAN.
3/4 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 CUPS CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS
TOP CASSEROLE WITH THE CHEESE AND POTATO CHIPS. BAKE AT 350* FOR 1 HOUR.

Chicken Tetrazzini ~ LilBitMissty
1/4 pound spaghetti..cooked and drained
melt together:
1 pint sour cream sour cream
1 stick butter
add:
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chopped cooked chicken OR turkey
Mix everything together. put in greased casserole dish.
Top with parmesan cheese...freshly grated
Cook at 350* til bubbly (about 45 min). It will be a bit on the soupy side so don't add any more spaghetti. The soupyness goes away after it is refrigerated.

Chicken Zucchini Fettucini ~ lilbitmissty
2 cups cooked fettucini (FRESH IS THE BEST!)
1/3 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
pepper to taste
10 ounces whipping cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
3/4 cup chicken...diced
3.4 cup zucchini...diced
Saute garlic and pepper in butter. Add chicken, zucchini and seasoning salt. Sear all sides of chicken til browned. Reduce heat to low. Add pasta. Add whipping cream and sour cream. Cook slowly til thickened (10-12 minutes) Remove from heat. Add Parmesan cheese.

Corn Dog Casserole from lilbitmissty
2 cups finely minced celery
2 Tbsp butter
1-1/2 cups sliced green onions
1-1/2 pounds of hot dogs
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2-8.5 oz Jiffy muffin mix
8 oz sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
Sauté celery in butter for 5 minutes. Add onions and continue cooking 2 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl. Cut hot dogs
in half lengthwise, then chop into bite size pieces. Sauté dogs in skillet; til it begins to brown Add to bowl. Reserve 1 cup of hot dogs & veggies in a small bowl. Slightly beat eggs & milk together. Add egg. Mix and add the next 4 ingredients to bowl. Add 1-1/2 cups of cheese to bowl. Mix all ingredients well. Spray 13x9 Pyrex. Pour in casserole.
Top with reserve hot dogs and cheese. Bake uncovered at 400* for 30 minutes.

CORN SOUFFLE by lilbitmissty
1 can cream corn
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cups crushed corn flakes
Combine all ingredients and place into a greased baking dish. Put crushed corn flakes on the top. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Serves 4

Creamy Ranch Chicken ~ LilBitMissty
8 slices bacon
4 chicken breasts...cut into pieces
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons dry RANCH salad dressing mix
1 1/4 cups milk
3 cups dry uncooked noodles
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Cook noodles. Cook bacon tip crisp, reserve drippings. Cook chicken pieces in bacon drippings til browned. Add flour RANCH dressing mix and milk. Cook til bubbly. Stir in bacon. Toss in noodles. Top with Parmesan Cheese .

CRESCENT ROLL CASSEROLE from lilbitmissty
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. minced onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 can crescent rolls (8 slices)
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. cooked pasta
Layer cooked pasta (your choice) in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
Brown and drain hamburger. Add onion and spread over pasta. Spread
tomato sauce on meat layer and sprinkle with spaghetti mix. Spread
sour cream over all and top with Mozzarella cheese. Unroll crescent
roll dough on top. Dribble with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 chicken..cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons ( 1/2 envelope ) dry onion soup mix
pepper to taste
1 (3 ounce ) can chow mein noodles
Place chicken pieces in a single layer in pan or casserole dish. In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, dry onion soup and pepper. Blend thoroughly. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle the noodles over the top. Bake at 375* for about an hour..or til chicken is cooked and tender.

2 CUPS SEASONED CRUMB STYLE STUFFING
2 -- 3 POUNDS TURKEY BREAST CUTLETS
IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE BUTTER, CHICKEN BROTH, APPLE, ONION, CELERY, CRANBERRY SAUCE AND POULTRY SEASONING. PLACE 3 TABLESPOONS STUFFING MIX ON EACH CUTLET. ROLL UP AND TIE. PLACE IN CROCKPOT. COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4 HOURS.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 envelope dry onion soup
3/4 pound bacon
6 chicken breasts..skinless, boneless
1 16 ounce container sour cream
Spray the inside of the crockpot with PAM cooking spray. Mix soup and soup mix together. Cook bacon til crispy and then crumble. Make layers of chicken and soup mixture. Top with bacon. Cook on high for 4 hours OR cook lon low for 8 hours. During the LAST HOUR of cooking time, add the sour cream and stir gently.

1 cup butter
1 large onion... chopped
2 cups chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
8 ounces mushrooms... sliced
12 to 13 cups slightly dry bread cubes.......I use day old french bread
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried leaf sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground marjoram
2 to 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
Melt butter in a large skillet and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms. Pour over bread cubes in a very large mixing bowl. Add all seasonings and toss well.
Pour in enough broth to moisten; add beaten eggs and mix well. Pack lightly into a lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour; reduce to LOW and cook 4 to 7 hours longer. Serves 6.

6 chicken breasts...boneless, skinless
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter...melt the butter
Spray inside of crockpot with non stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and milk, stirring well. Spoon over cheese. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on the top. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing mix. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours.

Disappearing Chicken ~ LilBitMissty
3 cups cooked, diced chicken (or turkey)
2 large stalks celery...dhopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 (2 ounce) can pimentos...UNdrained
1 Tablespoon onion...minced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 cup (2 ounce) canned french fried onions
6 ounces cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts, almonds, pimentos, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt & pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Put in baking dish. Top with french fried onions and cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

8 SLICES WHITE BREAD..REMOVE CRUST
2 CUPS COOKED DICED CHICKEN (YOU COULD ALSO USE HAM, TUNA, SHRIMP OR CRAB INSTEAD OF CHICKEN)
1/2 CUP MINCED PARSLEY
1 4 OUNCE CAN MUSHROOM STEMS AND PIECES (DRAINED)
1/2 CUP MAYO
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 CUP MINCED ONION
DASH OF PEPPER
3 EGGS
2 CUPS MILK
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 CUPS GRATED SWISS CHEESE
THIS DISH CAN BE PREPARED THE NIGHT BEFORE. PREPARE EVERYTHING THE SAME WAY, BUT WAIT TO PUT THE SOUP ON TOP UNTIL RIGHT BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN THE OVEN TO BAKE. COVER WITH FOIL AND PUT IN FRIDGE.
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 325* CUT BREAD INTO 1 INCH CUBES. PUT 1/2 THE BREAD CUBES INTO A BUTTERED OBLONG BAKING DISH. IN A BOWL COMBINE THE CHICKEN, PARSLEY, MUSHROOMS, MAYO, SALT, ONION, AND PEPPER. POUR THIS ON TOP OF THE BREAD CUBES IN THE BAKING DISH. PUT THE REMAINING BREAD CUBES OVER THIS MIXTURE. IN A BOWL, BEAT EGGS LIGHTLY THEN BLEND IN THE MILK. POUR OVER MIXTURE IN THE BAKING DISH. TOP WITH UNDILUTED SOUP. BAKE AT 325* FOR 1 HOUR. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE WITH SWISS CHEESE OVER THE TOP AND RETURN TO OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES.

Dr Pepper Bean Dish from lilbitmissty
2 pounds Kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch rounds (or your favorite sausage)
1 3/4 cups Dr Pepper (divided use)
4 (15-ounce) cans pinto beans
1(15-ounce) bottle ketchup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and 3/4 cup Dr Pepper. Bring to boil. Cover and lower heat. Continue cooking and stirring for about 30 minutes,or until Dr Pepper has a syrup like texture.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Drain pinto beans; place in large saucepan. Add 1 cup Dr Pepper,
ketchup, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, salt,pepper, garlic powder, mustard and onion.
Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally. Pour into 3-quart buttered baking dish. Stir in sausage mixture; top with cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake, covered, for 40 minutes or until cheese is
melted and mixture is bubbling. Makes 12 servings.

Easy Baked Pork Chops ~ LilBitMissty
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup water
1 cup catsup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 pork chops....about 1 1/4 inch thick
Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add mustard,water, catsup, and vinegar. Mix throughly. Place porkchops in a baking dish. Pour mixture over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350* for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

2 1/2 CUPS COOKED CHICKEN
1 1/2 CUPS DICED CELERY
1/2 CUP SLICED ALMONDS
1 CUP MAYO
1/2 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1TABLESPOONS MINCED GREEN ONION
2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
1 SMALL CAN WATER CHESTNUTS ..DRAIN 1/2 THE LIQUID
CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS
GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT POTATO CHIPS AND PARMESAN CHEESE) TOGETHER TIL WELL BLENDED. POUR IN BAKING DISH. TOP WITH POTATO CHIPS AND PARMESAN CHEESE. BAKE AT 300* TIL BUBBLY (ABOUT AN HOUR).

EASY MEATY CASSEROLE from lilbitmissty
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices bread, toasted
6 oz cooked turkey breast meat, thinly sliced
6 oz cooked ham, thinly sliced
1 tomato, sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
2 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated (use good stuff)
Paprika
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter in skillet. Stir in flour.
Gradually add milk and bouillon; cook until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted; remove from heat. Put toast in flat baking dish. Put turkey and ham on toast. Spoon cheese sauce over meat. Bake 10 minutes.
Top with bacon and tomato slices; bake 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika before serving
