Butternut Squash Pie
2 c cooked squash
2/3 c sugar
1 t pumpkin pie
2 T flour
2 eggs
1/2 c evaporated milk
Mix and pour in a 9" unbaked crust. Bake for 10 min. at 450* then 45 minutes at 350*.
I use to buy the frozen butternut squash, but can't find it now. I guess I'll bake a fresh one and use it.
I use to make this w/o the crust, just pour the filling in a lightly greased pie pan, and bake it.
