Well no shock, here I am again being the dissident, but I only buy UNSALTED butter. I couldn't even tell you what salted butter tastes like. 

 

Long ago, it became apparent to me that fine dining restaurants always served unsalted butter and I thought it was so good. I became a fan and have never strayed.
