Brownie Cups
1 c butter
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c all-purpose flour
1 t vanilla
Melt the butter and choc. chips in the microwave on low heat. Cool. Add the pecans
In another bowl combine the eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate mixture. Fill the foil lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 325* for 35-38 minutes. Makes 18 brownie cups.
Cookbooks say to put a little water in the unused muffin cups when baking.
