Breakfast casserole, PLEASE

Hey EVERYONE, FIRST OF ALL Merry Christmas!!! I hope everyones ready..Im as ready as I can be!! Iv been so busy...I have been looking for a old fashioned recipe for a breakfast casserole...

One that has NO meat and has scrambled eggs..maybe sourcream and some milk..onions......just a simple one...My kids are fussy..and its just easier...

Maybe you have one laying around...I'm making it tomorrow and if you have something and don't mind posting it...Id be so greatful......Thank you so much for all your help, Brittany
