2 cans of biscuits (GRANDS work the best)

1 pound bulk sausage

1/4 cup onion

2 1/2 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns...thawed

7 eggs...lightly beaten

3 Tablespoons milk

dash pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In skillet, cook sausage and onion togetherover medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Drain. Add hashbrowns, eggs, milk and seasonings. Cook while stirring until the eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with cheese. Keep warm. Take the biscuits out of the cans. Put a scoop of filling on half of each biscuit, then fold the biscuit in half. Pinch the edges of biscuit to seal. Place on a greaged cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 15 - 20 minutes. They should be golden brown.

Hi LilBitMissty, good to see you as always!  This is perfect timing as I just found a tube of these biscuits that I bought for something else (and of course never made).  I'm going to try them tomorrow!

Welcome Back @LilBitMissty, as usual another goodie, do you think these can be made & frozen? Would be good to just pop them in the microwave for a quick snack or breakfast.

Keep 'em comin!

spix...Hi sweetie. So good to see you! Yes, I have frozen thesebefore and they were fine..BUT if you do that? You will want to layer them on wax paper, and don't freeze them loger than a month. Also be sure they are put in an airtight container when freezing.  My Aunt would make these the week before holidays and then freeze them. Made easy "something to eat"  snacks when company was there.  Talkto you soon dear. Smiley Happy

Sitting here this morning eating half of grapefruit when I stopped to read this post.  Why oh why did I do that?  Grapefruit will not last until lunch for sure now but then again it never does.

Will have try this one for breakfast later.
