If you make it, what are your favorites

for "Breakfast for Dinner"?

We always make either pancakes or French toast with some kind of meat.  Bacon, ham or sausage links.

When hubby and I were both working before our son was born and I stayed home , we made cereal.

Loved that cereal night.

Thinking about revisiting that era now that our son is 19.

French toast !  Woman Happy

Actually, this brought to mind a couple of years when I had ICE CREAM for breakfast at the local Häagen Daz store in a local mall.

Oh, darn, I forgot to mention why ....  I was having ice cream for breakfast because it was MY BIRTHDAY and I was starting the day with a private little birthday party.  Heart

I eat eggs any time of the day. Same with bacon.

We love a sausage egg and cheese casserole with hash browns and some type of fruit. We have it about once a month. Also sometimes just do bacon and eggs and make milk gravy with toast or biscuits.  I love breakfast food for dinner.

Eggs. Any kind, over easy, fried, poached, scrambled, or eggy fried matzoh. Burnt bacon. Burnt or I can’t eat it.
Love vanilla-cinnamon French toast and lastly a huge bowl of full fat cottage cheese with tons of fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Dang it! NowI’m hungry and it’s almost 11:30pm! Smiley Wink

I worked "graveyard" for years...and I still eat "dinner" at 2 a.m.

Usually broiled fish...a veggie burger...or just a can of soup.

Eggs, done in most any form-but particularly an omelet with leftover meat, potatoes, veggies . . . or just scrambled with cheese. Now I'm wanting scrambled eggs . . .it's 5 a.m. so what the heck!

Now that an Egg McMuffin costs $6.29 I have just bought 4 silicone rings to make "round" eggs and make my own.

Wish me luck.  I am no threat to ever appear on the Food Network.

Bacon, eggs and hashbrowns

French toast.

Crepes

Pancakes (sometimes with scrabble eggs on the side)

Eggs Benedict

I'm actually making breakfast for dinner tonight.  Egg, bacon and cheese on Texas toast and hashbrowns.
