I had a blueberry vinaigrette at a restaurant a while back and loved it. I thought I would make my own. I looked and never found the "right recipe" so I made my own. This is what is on the menu tonight. The salad has romaine, grilled chicken, almonds and fresh blueberries.

BLUEBERRY VINAIGRETTE:
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
1/8 teaspoon salt

Blend all ingredients until emulsified.
