Bisquick Substitute

If a recipe calls for Bisquick and you don't have any on hand, or if you want to make a much cheaper mix that is like Bisquick, mix the following:

1 cup all purpose flour

1 Tablespoon baking powder

1 tsp. olive oil (or other liquid oil)

Mix together and use as a substitute for Bisquick.
