I had such a taste for some beef short ribs. I make them in the crockpot with onions, carrots, a can of cream of mushroom soup and a package of onion soup.

So....I go to the grocery store and nearly fell out with sticker shock! One package had 4 ribs in it and was $11.00! I needed 2 packages my dad comes over for dinner. We usually eat 2 ribs each. The other package was 9.00. There was no way I was going to pay 20.00 for short ribs. I ended up buying a pot roast for 11.00.
