Beef Noodle Casserole
1 8 ounce package egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
dash of garlic salt
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
Grated cheddar cheese..optional
Cook noodles in boiling water. Drain and rinse. Brown ground beef. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, garlic salt and flour. Remove from heat. Set aside. In a bowl, blend together sour cream. cream cheese and cottage cheese. Stir in olives, onions and green peppers. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange half the noodles in the bottom of the pan. Cover with the cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles over top. Top with meat mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese..(cheddar cheese is optional.) Bake at 350* for an hour.
