Beach Week

Hi Friends! My family of 13 (6 adults, 5 teenagers, and 2 8 yr olds) is off to the beach for a week and I am in sore need for some dinner ideas. We cook in, but don't want to spend that much time away from the beach fussing in the kitchen. Everyone is hungry but no one wants to cook! We'll do hamburgers, tacos, and grilled chicken, but I could use a few ideas for some other menus that will feed a hungry group and won't take all day to prepare.
