@Citrine1

Today, I noticed that frozen Cooked Perfect meatballs were on sale at my local Kroger grocery store for $5.99 a bag..... and in many different flavors.

I'd opt for the plain Angus Beef, although a so-called "Homestyle" version is available,  made of chicken, pork and something else I didn't take time to remember.  Also available in an Italian version and some others, too.

@novamc1 thanks so much for the heads up on these as I snagged a bag today for $4.99.  They only had three bags total and Homestyle was the only one available but I know it will work for me.  Thanks again for the recommendation and the recipe my friend!

Re: Barbecue meatballs over mashed potatoes

I know it would take more time, but I would make my own meatballs (2 kinds of ground meat, parm cheese, bread crumbs and an egg) AND mashed potatoes. Just sayin'!
