Banana Split Salad

2 sticks of butter

2 cups crushed graham crackers

2 eggs

1 box powdered sugar

5 bananas

1 can crushed pineapple...drained

1 large tub Cool Whip

1 cup nuts...chopped

1 small jar maraschino cherries...cut-up and drained

In a small skillet on low heat, melt 1 stick butter. Mix the melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Reserve 14 cup. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325* for 10 minutes. Cool. Using a mixer, beat eggs, powdered sugar, and remaining stick of butter for 10 - 12 minutes or til creamy. Spread this mixture over the crumbs. cover with sliced bananas. Spread the pineapple over the bananas. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, reserved crumbs and cherries. Refrigerate overnight.
