Could I use an equal amount of ""Better Than Bullion"" instead of 2 cans of broth?? Sounds good -- think I will make it!

This sounds great. Just one question: what size are the cans? 10 3/4 oz. or 14 oz.?

I've done something similar, and just left it on the burner 'til the liquid is absorbed.......Nice cold weather comfort food!

This sounds right up my alley - I'm not a fan of potatoes, so it'd be a nice side dish. Thanks for posting!

Thank you for this recipe. Are you using white or brown rice? If not brown, what would change in the recipe?

What size cans of broth? The 14-oz. Swanson-type?? Or the Campbell's condensed that you add water to? Please let me know -- I am going to make this tonight. . . .Thanks.
