***This is really good with pork or chicken. I even like it as a dessert!***

Baked Fruit Compote

1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches...DRAINED

1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks...DRAINED

1 (17 ounce) can sweet pitted cherries...DRAINED

1/2 cup peach juice

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 cup brown sugar

butter

cinnamon

nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350*. Put the peaches, pineapple and cherries in a casserole dish. In a bowl, mix together the peach juice, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Dot the top with butter. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake for 30 minutes.
