Bacon And Egg Casserole

1 cups herb-seasoned croutons

1 cup cheddar cheese...grated

4 large eggs...slightly beaten

2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

pepper to taste

10 slices bacon...cooked crisp

Pre-heat oven to 325*. Combine croutons and cheese. Sprinkle on the bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings in a bowl til well blended. Pour over croutons and cheese. Crumble bacon on top. Bake 55-60 minutes. ****** You can also assemble this this the night before and bake in the morning..BUT if you do this, do NOT put the bacon on top til you are ready to bake it***********
