Oh this looks amazing @Yahooey. I would love a piece of that right now, especially the pistachio cream. Is this a family recipe?

it is from Claire Saffitz's Dessert Person (dough + speculoos)

 

I bought a jar of pistachio cream and decided to pair iwth with Dewey's Chocolate Mint cookies - it worked out well
