Right? I'm always amazed at recipe names. This is why the same recipe goes by 5 or more names. This sounds delicious, but names like Bumpy Chicken and Dump Cake are unappetizing and off-putting. There are a lot of classic recipes from the 50s and earlier that I think people don't make anymore because of their names. (And because people no longer want their meatloaf or cole slaw embedded in green gelatin.)

Chynna, the name of a food appeals to me as much as the sight of a dish and the smell.

This dish was fantastic and easy. It even looked bumpy, due to the capers and mushrooms, so I get it now.

Dump Cake? Never.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.
