Mushrooms, capers, dijon, balsamic -- my favorite things! I am definitely going to make this, DiAnne! Can I ask what sides you serve along with this chicken?

Thank you so much!

We almost always have some form of a salad with every meal. I think rice pilaf would be very nice with this and a small green salad.

In the 80s my friend made this for us at a dinner at his house and he called it chicken Dijon. Its really good and he served it over fettuccini noodles. Thanks for the recipe.

That is what I was thinking! Thanks again, DiAnne. I can't wait to make this!

I'm making this tonight for dinner.

Is the sauce thick? That will determine what I serve it with.

I also did not open this for several days because of the title! However, it sounds great.

DiAnne, this sounds so good & I want to make. There is a big space between mushrooms and onions on my iPad; just checking to make sure I am not missing any ingredients ?? Thanksg

I don't think so HB...for some reason, all of DiAnne's recipes seem to post that way with the gap.

When I copy and then paste to a Word document...it all prints back together again! Weird!

I have made a LOT of DiAnne's great recipes....every ingredient always seems to be there.

Just posts weird, I guess.

I ended up not making it since DH wanted stir fry. I'm definitely making it tonight.

It looks good, and it's simple. My kind of recipe.
