BITTER SPINACH??

Hi Ladies,

Just asking for your suggestions on spinach. I purchased 3-4 times this past month, Organic Triple Washed Baby Spinach. Each time I sauteed w/ just some EVOO , garlic, salt and pepper.

It was so bitter tasting! Am I buying poor quality spinach or am I cooking it incorrectly?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! TIA!
